I liked the location since it was really close to Florida street (one of the most centric streets for shopping and moving to the Downtown).
The breakfast was supposed to be a Buffet breakfast (accordingly to Booked.net description) but it was at most a standard continental breakfast (with juice, milk, coffe, tee, cornflakes, and bread).

Location is excellent. Some of the rooms are horrible, but while we were there renovation was under process. Original room allocated to us was not very nice but upon request we were shifted to a much better room.

great stay but some comfort issues
The buffet breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh pastries and hot dishes. The staff's attentiveness made meals more enjoyable as they promptly cleared used dishes. My room was a clean, quiet haven ideal for resting after a long day.
The mattress felt quite flat, which affected my sleep quality.

Great Location, Needs Some Updates
The staff was super friendly and always tried to help with my questions. It was also close to Calle Florida, a nice surprise! On the downside, the mattresses seriously need an upgrade, I woke up a bit sore from the flatness. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special.

The hotel is walking distance from calle Florida, and 10-15 min from Porto Madero.
Just didn't like the carpet in the rooms and corridors. It smells cigarretes. I should be removed.

It's located near touristic places and access from different ways is perfect. Everything is walking distance. Cleaning at our room was very good.
Decoration is old fashion and menu for breakfast is always same.

They even sorted out my room change fast when the first one had a bad smell! The gym was a nice touch too. Really needed that after busy days!
It was a bit pricey, but nothing unacceptable.

The room was clean and spacious enough, breakfast is included in the price and is decent, free wireless(!), and it was right by the Sheraton (where the conference I was attending took place), San Telmo, and Puerto Madero. Other people at the conference were jealous of the price/location, as they paid much more to stay at comparable places.

most things in the hotel are not so good, for example the wi-fi service is unstable in the rooms.
